Barry W. Ferns (1951 - 2024) Founding Partner | In Memoriam
Barry W. Ferns was one of the founders of FERNS, ADAMS & ASSOCIATES. He dedicated more than 40 years to the practice of law, specializing in consumer and commercial collections, defense and bankruptcy litigation including secured and unsecured loans, automobile leasing, equipment leasing, real and personal property secured transactions, bankruptcy, and general creditor work. His legacy continues to shape the firm he helped build.
